Get the most out of your Tembo Tusk Skottle kit by adding a Steam Rack! When used in conjunction with your Steam Lid, you can use this Steam Rack to heat, steam, re-heat, bake, etc. by lifting any number of food items off the hot surface of the grill. Available in 2 sizes, 10" and 13".
If you have the 14" or 15" Steam Lid, the 10" Steam Rack is your best option. If you have our 18" Steam Lid, then you can still use the 10" Steam Rack if you want, or go with larger 13" Steam Rack. The 13" rack gives you more surface area on the rack to add more items at one time. Note that if you use the 13" rack with our 18" lid, the rack should be placed on the Skottle surface with the feet folded up (collapsed). Setting the rack with the feet extending down raises the rack too close to the lid and sometimes limits the height of the food you can add.
